Jim Gleason - President:  Jim has been in the medical device business since 1985.  He started his career in a sales territory in Milwaukee for R&M after receiving his engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  Jim became the owner of R&M in 1997 after the previous owner and founder sold the existing sales force to one of his major suppliers.  Jim has guided R&M's rebirth from two employees in 1997 to over 25 people today.

Jason Summers - Sales Manager:  Jason has been with R&M since 1997. He began his career with R&M in the loaner service area and in a short amount of time was promoted to a field sales associate. Jason masters the ever growing product portfolio we represent.  He has  demonstrated his skill in maintaining a high level of sales performance for the company through his sales organization.

Kim Dooyema - Chief Financial Officer:  Kim has been with R&M since 1987. His background is in financial accounting and he is a certified public accountant.  Kim has been instrumental in the growth of R&M over the past 20 years, and is involved in all key business decisions.

Ron Groskopf - Founder:  Ron founded R&M in 1966, and is currently living in Florida.
